What material is the jewelry made of?
All our jewelry is made of gold plated brass, with a thicker coating than standard in order to minimize the chances for the gold to fade. Stones are zirconia and pearls are either fresh water pearls or Miyukupearls. Our jewelry is allergyfriendly.
What paymentmethods does Bon Dep accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and ApplePay.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account, but we recommend you to create one to have a full overview of your previous and new orders.

How can I buy a gift from Bon Dep?
You can leave a comment in the beginning of the checkout. We will add a gift exchange card with the ordernumber given on it. Put this card with the gift and the prepaid return label.
If the receiver wants to make an exchange, they can use the prepaid shipping label and send the gift in return. Please note that the gift exchange card has to be sent with the return. When we have received the return we will send a voucher to be used at www.bondep.com . Please note that we do not return money for gift exchanges.
When will my order arrive?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change your order. We aim for fast processing of your order and cannot guarantee that we manage to cancel or make changes in time.
When will I be charged for my purchase?
The amount will be reserved when you place the order. We will capture the amount when we have packed and shipped your order. For Customized orders the amount will be captured right away.
Can I change my Customized order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change your Customized order. We aim for fast processing of orders and cannot guarantee that we manage to cancel or make changes in time.
I have not received my order, when can I expect it?
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to arrive, and up to 14 days for Customized items to arrive. During holidays or special seasons the shipping time may be longer due to high demand. If you have not received your order after 14 days, please contact us.
How can I return or exchange my product?

You will need your ordernumber to proceed with a return. You can find this on the orderconfirmation sent to you by e-mail or on the note in your package. Please note that we only accept returns on products purchased on www.bondep.com. We refund to the original method for payment only.
Please note that returns on Customized items are not accepted.
I have returned my product, when will I receive the refund on my account?
As soon as we have received your order in return we will begin the refund (we refund trough the original payment method only). Please allow a couple of banking days for the refund to be visible on your account.
I received a gift I want to exchange, how can I proceed?
You will need the ordernumber which is stated on the gift exchange card. When shipping the package in return, please put the gift exchange card in the package. Note that we cannot proceed with an exchange without this number. When we receive the return you will get a voucher by e-mail equal the value of the returned items by mail.
I received the wrong item, what do I do?
Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your concern and we will help you out.
I have a complaint, what do I do?
Please fill out the required fields in the return form and choose cause “claim/other”. We will contact you within 48 hours. Link
Where can I purchase Customized products in store?

Can I return or exchange a Customized product?
No, as this is a personal product it is not possible to return or exchange a Customized product.
Are the colors identical on screen and in real life?
You will have to except some minor differences as colors on screen is slightly different from real life. Take a look at our Instagram for examples.
